Hillsborough River Flow

Hillsborough River State Park is located approximately 12 miles north of Tampa FL and is an area I visit regularly to photograph.  I find cloudy or overcast conditions best to photograph at this location – allowing for reduced contrast and long exposures for a silky effect on the water.  My goal, in this case, was to capture the flowing high water around the tree with enough foreground elements to provide depth.
